These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 10game ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), accessible at https://10game.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the 10game website, mobile interface, services, games, wagering facilities and related content (collectively, "the Platform" or "Services").

Important Notice — Pakistan Users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. To register and use a 10game Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
Age Verification: 10game applies mandatory KYC verification to confirm that all registered users meet the minimum age requirement. Accounts where age verification has not been completed may have restricted access to withdrawals and higher-stake wagering. Underage gambling is illegal and 10game will close any account found to have been opened by a minor, with all associated funds subject to forfeiture in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
Each User may register and maintain only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and current registration information and for updating that information promptly if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 10game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify 10game support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
All Account balances, deposits, wager amounts and withdrawals are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Actual settlement may be processed in an alternative currency by the payment processor; PKR amounts shown are illustrative of the equivalent value at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be designated as inactive. 10game reserves the right to apply a reasonable administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule. Users will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts may be reactivated by contacting support.
10game is required to verify the identity and age of its users as a condition of responsible operation. KYC verification may be requested at any point, including before the first withdrawal, upon significant changes to account activity, or where 10game has reasonable grounds to question the accuracy of registered information.

Document Integrity: You must never alter, obscure, crop, digitally modify or falsify any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submission of false or manipulated documents constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances and potential referral to relevant authorities. Only submit documents through the operator's official HTTPS-secured verification portal — never through unsecured email, chat or third-party channels.
Available deposit methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. Methods may include mobile wallets and bank transfer options familiar to Pakistani users such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and others. Payment-method availability is subject to change. The listing of a payment method name does not constitute an endorsement of, or claim of support for gambling by, the payment provider in question.
Deposit amounts are displayed in PKR. Where the underlying transaction is processed in a different base currency, the PKR equivalent is calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time the transaction is processed. Exchange-rate fluctuations are the User's responsibility.
Withdrawals are available only to users who have completed the required level of KYC verification. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for accounts where identity verification is pending or has been refused. Withdrawals must be made to a payment instrument that is registered in the User's own name and matches the details on file.
Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method selected and are displayed indicatively in the cashier. 10game does not guarantee specific processing windows; times may be extended where additional verification is required or where a withdrawal triggers a compliance review.
Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Only the real-money component of an Account balance — i.e., deposited funds that have met applicable wagering conditions — is freely withdrawable, subject to verification requirements.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in the cashier. 10game reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing timelines.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 10game are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion. General bonus conditions are set out below; where a promotion's specific terms conflict with these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
All wagers placed through 10game are subject to acceptance by the Platform. 10game reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any wager at its reasonable discretion, including where there is evidence of technical error, data feed failure, odds error or violation of these Terms.
Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other events — are offered subject to event-specific rules published in the sportsbook. In the event of a fixture being postponed, abandoned or voided, settlement rules are applied in accordance with the published rules for the relevant sport and market type.
All casino games, live dealer games and instant games are supplied by third-party content providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical equipment. In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round may be declared void and any stakes returned.
In the event of a manifest pricing error, data feed failure, or software malfunction that results in incorrect odds, game outcomes or payout calculations being displayed, 10game reserves the right to void the affected wagers and return stakes. "Manifest error" shall mean an error so obvious that a reasonable person could not have placed the relevant bet in good faith. Winnings attributable to a manifest error do not constitute a valid debt owed to the User.
10game is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of self-management tools that users are encouraged to use, including deposit limits, daily and weekly loss caps, session time reminders, reality checks, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from within every Account.
Users who believe they may have a problem with gambling are strongly encouraged to use the self-exclusion facility, which will prevent access to the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, 10game will take reasonable steps to decline re-registration by the affected individual.

Adults Only: This Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. Age verification is mandatory. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 10game Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 10game, its directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Gambling Risk Acknowledgement: By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all or part of any funds wagered. 10game does not guarantee winnings, minimum return rates or profitable outcomes on any game or betting market. You confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose.
10game reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any Account — temporarily or permanently — where there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, a regulatory obligation requires it, or where the Platform is required to conduct an enhanced compliance review. Suspended accounts will be notified by email where practicable.
Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not relieve the User of any outstanding obligations, including unsettled wagers or pending KYC requirements. Real-money balances subject to no pending wagering requirements will be returned to the User following a compliance review.
Upon termination of an Account, all licences granted under these Terms are revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Prohibited Conduct, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability and Governing Law — shall remain in force.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated and licensed. Specific jurisdiction details are provided on request through the support channel. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
These Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts or a representation that these Terms are governed by Pakistani law. Users in Pakistan are advised to seek independent legal advice regarding the enforceability of online gaming agreements under applicable local law.
10game reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 10game will provide advance notice via email to the address registered on your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request Account closure.
